From setting up user accounts to managing our custom-built platform, you'll wear many hats and tackle diverse challenges.
This isn't your average IT gig – you'll be at the heart of our sales-driven company, ensuring our team can meet tight deadlines and achieve their goals.Key responsibilities:Be the first line of defence for IT issues, managing our service desk like a proSet up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printersAdminister DNS using GoDaddy and manage Zendesk campaignsSupport our remote teams with meeting room technologyTroubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projectsLearn and master our in-house developed platformSkills and qualifications:Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support AnalystExpertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure ADExperience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administrationExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearlyStrong communication skills, including working with non-native English speakersA proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutionsRecent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable)Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (desirable)Here's what we've got to offer:Dynamic & collaborative teamCreative work environmentCareer progression and upskilling opportunitiesWeekly Happy HourTLC WellnessGlobal Clients & Team exposureTLC 'Fun Club' & Social Calendar (known to include pizza deliveries!
