We foster a culture of unlimited learning full of opportunities for improvement and mutual development, creating an ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools and contribute to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer who is eager to learn and grow in their career.In this role, you will:Handle technical updates and knowledge management in the customer environment.Support Service Desk Agents to provide quick and effective answers for end users.Interface between L2 Support/Customer and Service Desk agents for updates or changes for products, apps, or technical procedures.Handle medium complex requests from customers and diagnose and resolve medium complex issues.Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.Guide customers through the problem-solving process.Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.Provide accurate information on IT products or services.Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.Provide guidance and mentor junior team members.And much better if you stand out for:Bachelor's degree or currently studying in the area of Technology.Experience in IT technical support areas, minimum of 1 year.Knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System and/or higher.Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).Knowledge in computer networks (TCP/IP, routing, protocols).Knowledge in information security (firewall, antivirus; proxy).Intermediate Spanish Language (Reading/Writing).Organizational skills and ability to properly document the work done.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to deal with conflict situations and resolve them effectively.Proactive attitude.Previous experience in the manufacturing sector.Experience with Genesys Cloud.Experience with Power BI or Tableau.Good communication skills.Sense of urgency in communicating updates to the team.Experience with ITIL v4 framework - incidents, requests, changes, CMDB, inventory, KB.Please attach your resume in English.What do we offer?Health insuranceLife insuranceGympassTCS Cares – free 0800 that provides psychological assistance (24 hrs/day), legal, social, and financial assistance to associatesPartnership with SESCReimbursement of CertificationsFree TCS Learning Portal – Online courses and live trainingInternational experience opportunityDiscount Partnership with Universities and Language SchoolsBring Your Buddy – By referring people, you become eligible to receive a bonus for each hireTCS Gems – Recognition for performanceXcelerate – Free Mentoring Career PlatformTata Consultancy Services is an equal opportunity employer.
