We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to work remotely with our global client base. This role requires a ServiceNow expert capable of tailoring, deploying, and optimizing the platform to meet client-specific needs. Key Responsibilities
Platform Customization
: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with client requirements.Consultative Support

Qualifications
Experience
: 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience, with a strong background in platform customization and implementation.Technical Skills
: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM; scripting and workflow automation knowledge.Consulting Skills
: Ability to translate technical requirements into strategic solutions, excellent communication, and client engagement skills.Language
: Fluency in English is essential; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
