Our client is a leading Cyber Security Managed Service Provider. The organization is growing and continues to seek experiences Cyber Security Professionals across Canada. This role is expected to be 100% remote and open across Brazil. This is expected to be a long term contract. MS Sentinel Onboarding Analyst (SIEM)Focus: Facilitate the seamless adoption of Microsoft Sentinel within client organizations, focusing on setting up and configuring Sentinel workspaces, connecting data sources, and ensuring effective security event ingestion.Role Description: As an MS Sentinel Onboarding Team Member, you guide external clients through the initial setup and configuration of Microsoft Sentinel, ensuring smooth and successful deployment for effective threat detection and response.Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a relevant cybersecurity or IT role.Responsibilities:Onboarding Planning and Coordination:Understand client requirements and security objectives.Develop and execute detailed onboarding plans tailored to each client's environment.Schedule and manage onboarding activities with internal teams and clients.Configuration and Setup:Assist clients with the initial setup and configuration of MS Sentinel.Guide clients through the integration of data sources and security tools.Ensure optimal performance by configuring necessary components and features.Training and Knowledge Transfer:Conduct client training sessions on the use and capabilities of MS Sentinel.Ensure clients are equipped to monitor their security operations.Post-Onboarding Support:Offer continued support and troubleshooting assistance post-onboarding.Gather feedback to improve the onboarding process and enhance client satisfaction.Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
