**What you'll do**

We seek a passionate leader who excels at bringing technical teams together to ensure the seamless operation of our critical systems and services. **The day-to-day**
In this high-reaching role, you will resolve detailed operations of customer environments and ensure world-class service delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Leading and championing the Support team to maintain high engagement levels
- Efficiently handling customer and in-house environments to ensure improved performance
- Coordinating the monitoring of critical high-availability environments
- Handling incident management to resolve issues quickly
- Managing problems to prevent future incidents
- Efficiently implementing processes to handle change
- Ensuring quality and performance standards are met for customers
- Developing scripts and knowledge bases for efficient problem solving
- Measuring and reporting on SLA alignment
- Proposing and implementing improvements for operations and products
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Continuously training the team on the latest company solutions
**What you'll need**
To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of proven technical skills and a collaborative approach. Specific requirements include:
- A completed degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English
- Solid understanding of Cloud Solution Management
- Experience in monitoring critical high availability environments
- Advanced proficiency in Linux and MySQL
- Knowledge of NOSQL databases
- Familiarity with Python and Ansible
- Experience with DevOps/Automation
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Leadership
- A keen interest and ability to learn other technologies
