Social & Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role We are looking for someone who can work on social and email marketing from Brazil. Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team to plan email marketing campaigns. Post email marketing content from newsletter on Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram). Manage and maintain the email database for regular newsletters. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve email performance. Conduct A/B testing to understand content effectiveness. Assist in developing creatives for the email marketing campaign. Ensure all emails follow industry policies and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Required Skills Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp , Constant Contact ). Understanding of HTML and content management systems. Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills. Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
