Key First-Year Objectives
Plan and develop social media campaigns for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Tiktok.
Manage an organization's online presence by developing a strategy, producing engaging content and analyzing usage data and trends for different social media channels.
Analyze performance of running campaigns including organic and paid posts.
Craft compelling content and brief designers on the creative for the SoMe posts.
Responsible for the social media calendar and scheduling across social media accounts.
Create reports based on the performance analysis of online marketing efforts of Teleperformance and competitors across all key social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube).
Identify opportunities for online content optimization based on learnings from the analysis.
Responsible for coordinating lives in all SoMe channels.
Stay up to date on the latest social media tools and best practices.
Manage follower campaigns.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
At least 6 years of work experience in online data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in navigating & analyzing social media channel data: Facebook & Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics.
Proficient social media management tools such as Sprinklr and Emplifi.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
