We are looking for a skilled Software and Services Analyst to work on the requirements analysis and support of internet services with the target of bringing more value to our monetized B2B solutions . Key Responsibilities: The Software and Services Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical requirements of our enterprise customers are implemented in our products. The activities include understanding the voice of the customer, analyzing the needs, evaluating technical feasibility, guide discussions, perform tests and suggest solutions. It also includes supporting customers, sales and business teams on meetings, training, tests and technical documentation. The candidate will act as the product evangelist and expert demo'er. The Software and Services Analyst will need to stay updated about technology trends on the mobile B2B market such as Android Enterprise, EMMs, mobile security, and others.
