Software Engineer .Net

What You Will Do
At Digital & IT, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. You will:

Influence how legacy applications will be rewritten in new technologies.
Actively participate in all agreed agile events and support the business on finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and new features in collaboration with the Squad.
Propose changes that make the system more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance costs.
Gather functional and non-functional (including security) requirements from the stakeholders.
Develop detailed designs of applications/database based on the business requirements/User Stories.
Develop efficient software and unit test, refining and rewriting it as necessary and communicate with any team member involved in the product increment.
Maintain all software engineering activities across Product/Squad.
Develop high quality, scalable, and maintainable systems using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Support end-users in runtime (second line support).
Ensure compliance with relevant Group IT processes, methods, tools, and business processes.
Ensure applicable IT security directives are followed for the service.
Create good practices and propose improvements using VPS (Volvo Production System) mindset and tools.
Fully support the migration of legacy applications and work on innovation ideas based on Industry 4.0, especially Data Analytics.

Education
Proficient English and fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken.Relevant university degree in IT.
