Guide sessions with clients to understand the current architecture and technical landscape and define what are the steps to integrate Instaleap with the retailer's legacy system and external parties creating a high-level solutions map regarding integration. Build rapport with our customers to understand their needs, and teach how our technology works and how it can help them while finding the best fit of our tech solutions for their business. Collaborate with internal teams to understand what is the client's need and find which of our products can have the best fit to support their needs. Identify and manage potential risks during the integration process. Efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and support technical issues during the implementation. Execute tests, configurations, and automation to do the best implementation. Your experience has been shaped by Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. Experience managing implementation projects. At least 1 + year of experience working in a SaaS company. At least 3 years working with Integrations via API. Experience working in agile environments. Experience in customer support positions. Your SuperPowers Direct, hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role is a must. Strong background in using REST API Services. Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS. Familiarity constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases. Excellent communication skills. Be able or have proven experience leading a discovery conversation. Being able to define an operational flow chart and technically explain/estimate with the client's team what job to be done must be done by them and how much effort is required to achieve it.
