Are you a skilled SQL Server expert with leadership experience?
We are looking for a talented Database Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead a team of database developers, design and develop complex databases for diverse projects, and optimize their performance to align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Guide and manage a team of database developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SQL Server database solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design databases that meet both business and performance objectives.
Performance Optimization: Regularly monitor and optimize SQL Server databases for performance, scalability, and reliability through consistent tuning and maintenance.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, promoting best practices in SQL Server database development and administration.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in SQL Server database development and performance tuning.
Work Location: This is an on-site position based in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SQL Server database development, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
Technical Expertise: Strong skills in SQL Server database administration and performance tuning, along with experience in database design and modeling.
Leadership Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Work Ethic: Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced or Fluent English is a must
