In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency, while offering insights that will drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in high-level financial management.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliancePrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsAssist in the development of budgets and financial forecastsEnsure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standardsManage general ledger activities and entriesCoordinate audits and implement corrective actions as necessaryReconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentationSupport senior management with financial analysis and decision-makingGuide and mentor junior accounting staffQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in accounting or financeStrong knowledge of accounting regulations, principles, and procedures (including GAAP)Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and FreshBooksAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)Experience with financial reporting and budget managementStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCPA or CMA certification is desirableAdditional Information:100% RemoteTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
