Who You Are: You are an experienced Sr. Bookkeeping professional with a passion for supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. You excel in managing accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, bank transactions, and reconciliations across diverse client accounts and industries. What You'll Do: Accounts payable. Accounts receivable. Payroll and benefits processing. Paying expenditures. Billing services. Recording income and deposits. Balancing accounts. Reconciling bank and credit card statements. Managing past-due accounts. Preparing financial statements. Managing payroll. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements). Monitoring and reporting on accounting discrepancies. Performing month-end and year-end close. Requirements: Candidate must be based in Latam. Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 Level). Degree in Accounting. 5-7 years' experience with Quickbooks Online. Ability to utilize and maintain accounting related software platforms (Bill.com, payroll provider platforms, SaaS Optics, etc.). Minimum of 5 years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to deal with various personalities, cooperate with team members and work under pressure.
