Sr. Data (Web) Analytics Specialist

Crimson Agility is looking for a Senior Data (Web) Analytics Specialist with a strong background in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, Attribution, and BigQuery . We would like someone who is also proficient in setting up conversion tracking for platforms like Facebook Pixels, WeltPixel, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Klaviyo. Our ideal candidate would own analytics and reporting for our clients and team members. They would be our go-to person for questions around GA4, Google Tag Manager and be able to provide troubleshooting and explain concepts to internal team members. This position is available to remote candidates located within Latin America. WE'LL NEED YOU TO Create and send monthly reports to our marketing clients. Create custom dashboards in Looker Implement GA4 e-commerce tracking for the aforementioned platforms Work with internal team members to provide insights Conversion tracking configuration and troubleshooting Manage and optimize attribution models to provide insights into the performance of marketing channels Leverage BigQuery to analyze large datasets, improving data-driven decision-making for clients Develop and manage our internal process around analytics and reporting YOU MUST HAVE 5 Years of Experience in Google Tag Manager 2 Years of Experience in Google Analytics 4 Proficiency setting up conversion tracking Experience using BigQuery for data analysis and decision-making Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker Experience in Agency environments Fluent English (C1/C2) IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE Experience in the e-commerce industry Experience with PPC WHAT WE OFFER Competitive Salary ($36,000 - $60,000 USD/yr., depending on experience, education, certifications, etc.) Quarterly Bonuses 18 Days of PTO 5 Sick Days 10 Holidays Paid certifications and training programs
