You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, optimize financial processes, and facilitate the achievement of our financial goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct financial analysis and forecasting to facilitate strategic decision-making.Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.Knowledge and experience with POCExperience with products and projectsEnglish/Portuguese: ProficientKnowledge and experience with SAP, HFM, Excel (Adv)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.NICE TO HAVEMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Spanish in a proficient levelKnowledge and experience with MicrosigaExperience with financial planning and analysis software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
