Come be a part of shaping the future together with us – WE POWER POSSIBLESENIOR MANAGER TALENT ACQUISITIONPURPOSEIn this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational direction of the TA team in your dedicated area (Argentina, Brazil and Chile).
The role consists of two distinct focus areas: partnering closely with the hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans, and providing leadership to a team of recruiters.You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
You will focus on consistently elevating capability and delivering on hiring needs across your dedicated area, while also managing a portfolio of recruitment mandates yourself.As a leader, you will provide guidance and support to your team to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
Leveraging a metrics and data-driven approach, you will create a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and develop their capabilities and competencies.You will help the team deliver on recruitment mandates against tight timelines and competing priorities, providing the necessary structure and support to ensure they perform at the highest level.As an adidas senior manager, you will role model our values through courageous and innovative leadership and enable ownership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Closely partner with the hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.Utilize data and trends to drive candidate generation and talent pool strategies.Ensure a strong knowledge of adidas Group Functions, Markets, and teams to understand current and future talent requirements.Effectively utilize knowledge of adidas brand and offerings to market adidas as an Employer of Choice.Manage business relationships to ensure alignment of talent needs and develop new strategies that support recruitment effectiveness.Coach and influence management to gain alignment on talent acquisition aspects.Drive strategic planning and quarterly review meetings with senior leadership to understand trends and current talent requirements.Own responsibility for candidate and hiring manager experience results and drive standards for quality performance.Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.Focus on proactive recruitment as well as inbound candidate flows.Drive team development through appropriate coaching and managerial processes.Ensure effective implementation and adoption of all TA processes and programs.Develop powerful recruiting and employer branding strategies by leveraging key partners.Champion global recruiting initiatives and lead change efforts for harmonized implementation.Encourage collaboration within the TA organization to drive best practices.KEY RELATIONSHIPSMarket, Region, and Function leadersMarket HRLAM HRSLTHR Talent and Talent AcquisitionHR RewardsHR4HRFinanceLegal CounselSenior Managers in adidas play a critical role in the execution of HR priorities and core services.
They support a single-business unit or region and are functional experts who demonstrate subject matter expertise, taking personal ownership of delivering results through their teams.IDEAL EXPERIENCEMinimum of 6 years' experience in global/international recruiting, leading recruitment mandates for all level candidates.Specific expertise/experience recruiting for Brazil, Chile, and Argentina is preferred.Industry experience in the footwear, apparel and/or retail industry is strongly preferred.Experience working in a large, international/global matrix company is strongly preferred.Minimum 3 years' experience managing small teams of recruiters.Demonstrated track record of excellence in driving end-to-end recruitment mandates.International experience across multiple countries/regions.Knowledgeable about managing diversity & inclusion from a talent acquisition perspective.BA/BS degree in HR, Business or related studies.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.KEY CRITICAL COMPETENCIES AND CAPABILITIESFoundational:Champions our values and cultureSelf-leadershipContinuously develop self to stay updated on industry trends and practices.Commercial and business acumenGood understanding of the business, able to translate this to strategy/plan.Strong interpersonal skills, communicates effectively in writing and verbally.Role Specific Capabilities:Driving resultsStrong results and delivery focus, takes personal ownership to deliver best results.Data & InsightsUses data and insights to influence decisions.Candidate-centric mindset, decisions inspired by positive impact on experience.Drive change and transformationEmbrace change, problem solve, and bring new ideas.Leadership:Lead and develop othersCreate a high-performing environment that empowers and inspires.Expertise and credibility, able to influence effectively across stakeholders.Strategic thinkingPlans ahead, anticipates trends, and connects the dots.AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
