Sr. Regional Sales Director - BrazilResponsibilities:Sales of Gigamon's products within an assigned geographic territory (Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia) focused on expanding our presence in the installed base and developing New Logo/GreenfieldAchieve sales budget by development of new accountsMaintain database of customersEnter interactions with customers in Salesforce databaseUse available resources to develop effective sales calls; these resources include opportunities identified by previous sales calls, invoices, Tech Service cases, webinar attendees and sample requestsSell new and existing products, discover new opportunities, and secure incremental businessExplore, identify, and communicate potential opportunities with the Regional Directors, Country Manager and Senior Regional DirectorConsistently perform effective sales calls throughout the assigned territory and close new business opportunitiesAttend trade and vendor shows and meetings as requiredProvide timely communication and follow-up to customers, consistently meet the customers' expectationsRequirements:5+ years of experience in a related role and related industry (private and public sector)Self-starter, and strongly motivated for successTeam player that works closely with associated work partners to build/develop opportunitiesCapable of understanding market dynamics, direct or indirect sales approachesCapable of selecting and sorting appropriate partner channelsFluent in English and Brazilian PortugueseExperience with Cybersecurity solutions is a mustPrevious experience working for a networking or security vendor is a strong differentiatorBA/BS in Business, CIS, or related field preferred.Track Record of analytical capability in a high performance environmentHigh attention to detail and proven organization and administration skillsAbility to accomplish projects with little supervisionProficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office productsExperience using SalesForce.comFamiliar with Quoting software a plus
