Supply Chain Assistant

Assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain activities, ensuring timely and efficient operations.Support procurement processes, including issuance of RFQs, placements of POs and documentation approval follow-up.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits.Collaborate with suppliers to track shipments and resolve any issues related to delivery.Assist in maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on NOV objectives.Help manage logistics, including scheduling shipments and coordinating transportation both locally and internationally.Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Perform data entry and maintain supply chain databases and documentation.Main requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Intermediate proficiency in English.Previous experience in supply chain or logistics (internships included) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
