(Job Responsibilities)1. Responsible for streamlining and developing end-to-end processes and international business control points, including information flows, business flows, logistics and financial flows;
2. Establish after-sales service processes for international business to ensure effective support for business development, risk control, and continuous improvement of customer experience;
3. Establish and supervise international customer service and after-sales systems to improve business service experience and internal efficiency;
4. Establish and monitor various operational indicators of international business;
5. Continuously identify risk points in products and processes, and promote continuous optimization of business and service processes.
Qualifications
1. Fluency in Chinese and Portugal, fluency in English is a plus, international background is preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of service management experience, system planning experience;
3. Strong market sensitivity and product thinking, customer service experience, preferably after-sales service from large companies;
4. Clear logical thinking, strong business analysis skills, good coordination skills;
5. Have cross-departmental co-ordination ability, team management experience, experience is preferred;
6. Active thinking, cheerful personality, strong communication skills, strong execution, strong ability, good team spirit, proficient in the use of common office software, such
as EXCEL, PPT, VISIO, etc.
