Job Description
Responsabilities:
Conduct end to end hiring processes, with a focus on sales hires;
Align and maintain communication with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the entire hiring process;
Screen resumes and actively search for candidates on different sources;
Conduct the first interview with candidates to assess attributes and cultural fit;
Contribute with deas for improvements to our processes, employer branding and hiring strategy;
Support the global team in recruitment matters and projects involving talent acquisition;
Provide an incredible experience for candidates
Qualifications
Requirements:
Advanced English - verbal and written communication (you will be part of global projects!);
Solid experience in talent acquisition, specially sales hires;
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;
Experience with recruitment and selection tools (ATS);
Experience with talent acquisition KPIs, how to generate insights and strategies from data analysis;
It will be a plus if you have:
Experience in tech companies or startups;
