The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with our management team to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of talent, enabling CI&T to fulfil its strategic objectives. An initial key focus of this role will include a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to strengthen CI&T's employment brand and to drive applications as well as to identify, engage and attract specialist talent in the market by employing a range of proactive sourcing strategies and methods.
Talent Branding & Attraction
Proactively source candidates and develop a pool of candidate in advance of need;
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates;
Inform and execute the recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions, including reviewing applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conducting pre-screening interviews;
Efficiently and creatively source candidates for open positions;
Work closely with hiring managers and the senior leadership team to improve sourcing strategies, reduce time to recruit and ensure a high quality recruitment process;
Work with our marketing team to develop and market a strong employment brand and value proposition (EVP) and develop new brand assets such as photos, videos, testimonials and content to bring to life the proof points and brand messages. Roll this out by updating or creating a presence on a range of targeted channels such as the CI&T website, job ad templates, LinkedIn Company or life pages and paid or organic social campaigns;
Continue to sense check and enhance CI&Ts EVP message by constantly seeking feedback from candidates, new hires and employees to ensure the messaging continues to be relevant and refining messages as required;
Encourage and enable employees to be brand ambassadors by providing training and support such as social media guidelines and tool kits and involving those interested in content creating and sharing;
Attend and organise networking events.
Recruitment & Selection
Manage external recruitment related stakeholder relationships including agencies, industry bodies and universities;
Continue to explore new channels and partnerships who can add value in a commercially mindful manner whether this be new sourcing channels, methods for improving process and efficiencies or creating content. This includes niche agencies, specialist job boards and additional social media platforms.
Systems, Process, Reporting & Insights
Manage talent management systems to enable efficient engagement with candidates and management, and the availability or data for P&C metrics;
Review existing recruitment and selection processes to ensure ease of engagement and efficiency;
Build new data management processes and provide associated reporting to enable the identification of areas for improvement;
Report on emerging trends in the employment market and target talent segments.
On-boarding & Engagement
Assist with the on-boarding process, ensuring new team members receive a warm welcome and thorough induction;
Work with the People & Culture team to develop creative ways to welcome new team members and make them feel part of the team;
Coordinate staff events and initiatives designed to boost employee engagement.
PAdministrative
Create employment contracts and communicate changes to salaries and employee roles to the finance team;
Maintain both CI&Ts applicant tracking system and employee database;
Ad hoc duties as requested by the Head of People & Culture or Chief Operating Office.
Knowledge & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a digital services business;
Strong understanding and application of employment branding and attraction strategies;
Demonstrated success in applying best practice attraction, recruitment and selection processes.
