We partner with our HR Business Partners, Learning Organization, Business Leads, and many more to create actionable strategies, drive our largest marquee Talent programs globally, and build a culture of Inclusion and Belonging. We represent the largest and most diverse organization across ALL of Accenture, Accenture Technology.On a given day, our team may:Speak with external luminaries on groundbreaking methodologies to bring to life across Accenture.Interact with our C-Suite business leads to create a new Talent Strategy for our Technology Growth Engines like Data and AI or Security.Host a global Web Cast to launch a program for over 1,000 people globally.Lead a design thinking session for a Global Framework with a Center of Excellence team.Brainstorm a storyboard for a Global Townhall on Disability Inclusion for broadcast across Accenture.Create Data Driven analytics to predict future talent trends within a specific market or Platform.What You'll Need:Experience designing or implementing HR processes including but not limited to Org Design, Headcount planning and Talent Strategy, People & Career Development, people analytics, Learning, Employee surveys, etc.You have proven experience in developing a strategy and driving tangible results across teams in an ambiguous environment.You can leverage data from a multitude of sources to tell a story and impact the overarching strategy.You have excellent communication skills and a passion for working across functions and with C-level leaders, synthesizing multiple points of view and owning a coherent action plan, all while negotiating and influencing others.An ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change. We are at the forefront of a very fast-moving, complex business. If that excites you, this is your team!Qualifications:Working in complex organizations with the ability to represent multiple points of view.Ability to create and manage complex plans that address the various components on Technology for our unique audiences and stakeholders.Strong communication skills, individual communication presence with leaders, and communication planning.Ability to 'own' content and become an expert.
