As AWS expands its Global Data Center footprint, our infrastructure standards continue to rise.
We seek a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to drive remediation of issues found during our audit program.
You'll work with multi-functional regional teams in LATAM & AMER, driving the teams to mitigate and ultimately remediate risks from Amazon's Colocation Data Center providers.
The role requires expertise in Data Center Infrastructure and operations, Program Management, and analyzing complex data from multiple sources to form and present coherent strategies for our Global portfolio.
You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience reporting out progress at an SVP level.
Tolerance of ambiguity is a must as is the ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
An ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in program management in the context of managing complex, cross-functional programs.
An Engineering or other relevant Bachelor's degree is required along with strong interpersonal and communication skills needed to influence multiple stakeholders and technical subject matter experts.
A talent for successfully delivering programs while effectively managing large capital budgets is essential.
Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is required to work with our Latin American Colo partners.
You will work comfortably with stakeholders from multiple teams, align priorities, and ensure all stakeholders work towards and deliver key milestones necessary for delivering data center infrastructure remediation for our customers at the right time and cost.
Technical competency, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
You will clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote teams.
