What you'll do: • Lead and manage a backend development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the team's capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
What you'll need: • Proven experience in leading and managing backend development team.
• Experience with backend development using Java.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
