Radity is a dynamic software engineering company specializing in development, design, and quality solutions, with strong expertise in fintech and insurtech.
We are seeking an experienced BA or PM with a background in insurance, finance, or accounting to join our team and work on projects for leading insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with clients to understand, gather, and document business requirements.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring clarity and precision.
· Manage development streams, overseeing the end-to-end process from client specification agreement to software release.
· Work closely with the development team to ensure that project deliverables align with client expectations.
· Continually enhance knowledge of industry-specific processes and developments.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
· Minimum of 3 years' experience as a BA or PM.
· Proven expertise in managing software development projects, preferably related to insurance.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, attention to details.
· Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and communication.
· English proficiency at C1 level (fluent speakers).
