Join us as a Technical Consultant , in Demandtex we implement RELEX Solutions which is a supply chain planning software for retail and FMCG customers globally.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software solutions and will act as a bridge between our technical teams and clients.
Technical Consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful implementation and support of our software products.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Act as a system integration specialist between RELEX and customer IT systems for the integration of the softwareInvestigate complex technical issues for our customers and provide solutionsAttend or lead technical discussions with service customersProvide technical solutions for SaaS related servicesCoordinate and delegate technical tasks for multiple service customersIntroduce and develop the best practices for continued successCreate and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and implementation guidesAct as a technical advisor in upsell related implementation projectsMay participate in sales process as a technical specialist, or improve and develop internal toolsConsultant may be asked to travel to support project activitiesQualifications:Education: Bachelor' degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent relevant working experienceExperience in a technical consulting role or similar positionMotivation to solve problems and suggest solutionsProgramming experience, Java preferredKnowledge of relational databasesBasics of Linux and UnixExcellent communication and time management skillsSpanish/Portuguese and Fluent English SpeakingPreferred Qualifications:Proven track record of successful client work and implementationsKnowledge of application monitoring and distributed systemsExperience in either supply chain management and/or business analyticsHow to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume to ****** with the subject line "Technical Consultant Application.
