In this role, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of both our customers and the market.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, internal stakeholders and management, to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our internal products.
- Analyze and collect feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on internal user's feedback,pains, data analysis, and business objectives aligned with company strategy.
- Work closely with the R&D teams to define user stories, scope and technical specifications.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Solve product-related challenges with thinking about tradeoffs which will be aligned with business needs and company focus.

We are a distributed team of more than 80 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). **Requirements**:
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- ** At least 2 years of hands-on development experience.**:
- ** At least 2 years of technical product management.**:
- Experience working with data analysts, data engineers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a can-do attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated person, fast learner and independent.
- Experience with Agile development and Kanban methodologies is a plus.
- Mobile ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
