Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer account by providing technical expertise regarding our products and services.
You'll ensure that all customer's requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission.
Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you'll have daily contact with internal and external customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include are not limited to the following:
- Actively participate in technical support call center and utilize Salesforce for customer interaction.
- Develop and maintain technical tools to support customers (documents, videos, etc...).
- Become proficient in troubleshooting complex refrigeration and AC systems.
**Background & Skills**:
- Strong knowledge in hydronic portfolio (balancing valves, flow control, pumping, etc...).
- Spanish or English Mandatory.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to help advance market share against strong competition.
- Ability to balance high demands inherent with multiple customers while managing projects and technical discussions.
- Entrepreneurial as well as strong initiative and ability to lead/drive process improvements.
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally (approximately 5-15% travel required).
- Potential, periodic after-hours emergency phone support (via phone).
- Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Engineering Technology with preference in Mechanical, Refrigeration or HVAC.
- Strong interesting in learning HVAC/Refrigeration.
Preferred experience with refrigeration and AC systems.
