Job Type:Technical Support Engineer (OSS/IP)Working place:OSS/IP Technical Support Engineer *1Key Responsibilities:Handle network management system failures and customer requests;Deal with network changes within the network management system;Responsible for daily maintenance and inspection of the network management system, including reporting network failures to customers;Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination, and establishing good stakeholder relationships;Draft weekly reports and other work reports.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications or a network-related major.Familiar with network management systems, with experience in maintaining them.Familiar with TCP/IP Protocol and IT knowledge.Holding CCNP is a plus.English is mandatory.
