Job Details Technical Support Specialist - protected category Job Description Your role as Technical Support Specialist consists of providing the service to the end user with the responsibility of assisting the user until the ticket report is completely resolved (Incident, service request, ...).You will have to provide support for requests coming from various channels (Ticketing tool, email) and assist the user also using remote control tools.Ensures ticket registration, traceability and closureAttributes the correct categorization of the ticketEnsures compliance of operational behaviors with SLAsWhere required by the type of service, it certifies the HW and SW environments to be managed in the fleet (validation for delivery), installs or modifies devices managed in the fleet (IMAC), resolves HW and SW problems.
