We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated professional to be the first

Territory Manager in Industrial Gases in Brazil , to support our Industrial Gases - Compressed Air Filtration (CAF) business.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter with previous industry-relevant experience, with a strong sales aptitude, excellent time management and multitasking skills, that has the ability to build solid customer relationships.

Role Responsibilities

Grow sales within assigned territory to end-users, distributors, and other sales partners.

Answer all inquiries for quotation from existing and new customers.

Monitor competition and report on their moves, strengths, and weaknesses.

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability.

Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and other colleagues to foster and follow up on leads.

Identify industries, customers & applications where we can sell based on total cost of ownership and not only based on price.

Support the distribution network by visiting customers together, making presentations, negotiating, and closing on deals.

Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline within Microsoft CRM.

TRAVEL:

Up to 60% within the region

Must-have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field

5+ years of sales experience

Fluent in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Compressed Air or Industrial Gases experience

Advanced - Fluent English
