Position Total Rewards Senior Analyst Job Description We are looking for a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to join our Latin America team located in São Paulo. The Total Rewards Team is responsible to design monetary and non-monetary initiatives that lead to an engaged and productive organization. In this position, you will support the implementation of Compensation and Benefits strategies across the Latin America region. Your role will focus on data analysis, dashboard updates and providing essential support for market surveys and internal group meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Total Rewards leaders in subsidiaries and People Team of local office to ensure efficient execution of Center of Expertise (COE) related processes and activities. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Roles and responsibilities: Market Analysis & Insights: Support the collection, analysis and interpretation of market survey data to identify trends and maintain competitiveness in compensation and benefits. Assist in preparing reports and dashboards with insights from market surveys to support decision-making. Provide basic data analysis to ensure alignment with market benchmarks for compensation & benefits. Compensation Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to update and maintain compensation dashboards. Assist in reviewing and organizing salary structures, job evaluations, and adjustments, Provide data and logistical support during salary review processes, including benchmarking and internal equity assessments. Benefits Support the analysis of internal and external benefits data providing insights to ensure competitive and sustainable offerings. Assist in updating and maintaining benefits related dashboards for internal stakeholders. Provide support in preparing materials for benefits initiatives and reviews. Other related activities Assist with the preparation and follow-up of group meetings, including creating presentations and consolidating data. Maintain accurate documentation and records for Total Rewards server and ensure proper filling in systems. Act as a point of contact for inquires related to Total Rewards data and dashboards. Provide general administrative support for the Total Rewards team, ensuring smooth operation of ongoing projects and processes. Background & Experience Experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits : Familiarity with market survey analysis, compensation structures, benefits data interpretation, and supporting initiatives related to compensation & benefits. Proficiency in Data Management and Analysis Tools : Strong skills in Excel for organizing and analyzing data, as well as creating dashboards to present insights. Experience with PowerPoint for summarizing and communicating findings effectively. Detail-Oriented and Well-Organized: Capable of maintaining accurate documentation and providing reliable support for group meeting organization, process follow-ups, and regional initiatives. Good Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate with diverse levels and effectively communicate subsidiary teams. Advanced Communication Skills in English (mandatory)
