**The Role**:
- Will be coordinating other teams to perform their required tasks to bring customers into our Managed Services support as seamlessly as possible.
- Will also be enabling the Transition team themselves to do the same.
- Will be working with the Managed Services and PM team within the established framework for on-boarding that provides governance around the process, resulting in reduced re-work and design errors.
- Will have ownership of the transition / on-boarding process and as such, you will also be responsible for governance of the technical design, implementation, and management of new customer's entering the Brennan IT Service Delivery area.
- Will increase the operational efficiency and client satisfaction rating of Service Delivery business by standardising, and co-ordinating the tasks throughout the on-boarding process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Directly manage your own transitions.
- Manage the Transition team; act as an escalation point and providing guidance to the offshore team, perform regular team meetings and monthly one-on-ones.
- Work with the team or other departments such as Managed Services, BVD, Cloud & Projects to identify CSAT or efficiency improvements in the Transition/Onboarding process.
- Coordination of transition task prioritisation with other departments.
- Attend customer kick offs/ meetings/ sales pitches in the metro area.
- Provide internal reporting on Transition team performance and workload.
**What skills and experience you bring**:
- Tertiary qualifications (Degree or Diploma in Management, Business, Technical) in a related IT discipline.
- ITIL Service Management accreditation.
- Process design, implementation, and administration.
- Industry-body qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Managed Services environment.
- Demonstrated experience with on boarding and transition of new services, both IT infrastructure & telco.
- Demonstrated experience with ITSM tool sets.
- Demonstrated implementer of process control & governance.
- Demonstrated engagement with Exec Management.
- Passion for customer service and achieving end goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM concepts including ITIL.
- Ability to co-ordinate and multi-task effectively.
- Project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and implement change.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering effective presentations. Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff.
- Working knowledge of TQM and operations management concepts.
- Ability to work two days from office. (Hybrid working)
