Design Direction & Consistency: Lead the development of design concepts, defining visual styles and guidelines that ensure consistent brand representation. Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across projects and touchpoints. Interface Design Excellence: Develop visually striking user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows. Project Leadership: Lead and oversee UX UI projects from inception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Independently oversee and lead select internal design initiatives, including requirements gathering and definition of strategic objectives, as well as executional ownership of all deliverables, managing third party partners when applicable Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, clients, stakeholders, and executives to align design direction with business goals. Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively, leading discussions and presentations that drive decision-making.
