He/ She should be self-driven, have the ability to learn quickly and influence decision-making across organizations. In this position, the candidate will work closely with various Keppel business units to gather, refine and drive program goals to deliver various submarine cable projects. He/ She will have the opportunity to implement new processes and procedures for a relatively new team while interacting with various stakeholders across Keppel.Provide leadership and direct all aspects of engineering, projects and operational activitiesDrive and implement engineering strategies and processes to meet business objectives and operational needsOversee all aspects of projects and ensure project completion within timeline and budgetSet strategic objectives for the global operations framework and manage the implementationEnsure that Health, Environmental & Safety standards are adhered to.Contribute to overall business strategyJOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience10 +years program management experience, preferably on a global scale otherwise regional levelExperience in delivering large cross functional international programs and driving milestonesSubmarine program management and/or technical experience as an operator in a leadership roleKnowledge of Asia Pacific internet ecosystems, fiber optic networks, submarine cablesExperience driving and contributing to project playbooks, building schedulesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience interacting with senior executives and other management within a company and working across commercial, technical, domestic, and international arms of an organizationStrong organizational, multitasking, prioritization abilities, and an excellent attention to detail.
