Your mission

Les Laboratoires Pierre Fabre recherchent leur futur VIE Brand Content Manager Junior au Brésil pour une durée d'un an renouvelable.
Avec la mise en place du C&PA, la Marque (équipes marketing + Brand Content Manager) va se recentrer sur l'expertise Marketing : l'innovation produit et la communication omnicanale autour de la plateforme de marque (80% digitale).
La marque reste responsable du « Master » d'une campagne de lancement, du brief, du choix des messages, du casting, de l'agence, et de la gestion de sa production.
Les BCM des marques seront également chargés de combler le fossé entre les besoins de la marque et C&PA par l'intermédiaire des Brand Digital Managers.
Ils veilleront au respect de l'image et de l'ADN de la marque.
Vos missions principales:
Participer à la production de contenu d'activation numérique pour ses marques.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Brand Digital Managers pour superviser les activités avec le master planning et le plan de charge annuel.
Participer à la création de kits d'activation pour les marques (briefing, validation, livraison), élaborer un brief pour tous les actifs d'activation d'une campagne en suivant le mécanisme d'activation défini par le BDM, participer à la sélection d'une agence appropriée, gérer les étapes de création et de validation, et superviser la distribution via le système DAM.
Optimiser en permanence les processus, les partenaires, les outils et les délais afin de garantir un contenu de qualité supérieure.
Mesurer la performance de son activité et faire des recommandations d'optimisation aux équipes centrales et locales.
Participer à l'amélioration continue des meilleures pratiques, des lignes directrices et des outils associés ainsi que dans la création de benchmarks.

The brand focuses on product innovation and brand platform.
With the implementation of C&PA, the Brand (marketing teams + BCM) will refocus on Marketing expertise: product innovation and omnichannel communication around the brand platform (80% digital).
The brand remains responsible for the "Master" of a launch campaign brief, the choice of messages, casting, agency, and managing its production.
The BCMs of the brands will also be responsible for bridging the gap between the brand's needs and C&PA through the Brand Digital Managers.
They will ensure the respect of the brand's image and DNA.
Responsible for the production of digital activation content for its brands.
Works closely with the Brand Digital Managers of its brands to oversee activities with the master planning and annual workload plan.
Leads the creation of activation kits for its brands (briefing, validation, delivery), develops a brief for all activation assets of a campaign following the activation mechanism defined by the BDM, selects an appropriate agency, manages the creation and validation stages, and oversees the distribution through the DAM system.
Constantly optimize processes, partners, tools and deadlines to ensure superior content.
Measures the performance of its business and makes recommendations for optimization to central and local teams.
Is a driving force behind the continuous improvement of best practice, guidelines, and associated tools + benchmarks creations.
Who you are?

Formation et expérience

:
Baccalauréat ou études de marketing.
Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
Maîtrise de Powerpoint, d'Excel et d'autres logiciels de la suite Office.
Compétences interpersonnelles

Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail
Compétences en matière de gestion du temps et capacité à travailler sous pression
