BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming operator seeking to expand their remote based team with a proactive VIP Loyalty Host
This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to manage and maintain their own database of loyal customers ensuring customer satisfaction levels are kept high.
The VIP Loyalty Host will also assist the VIP managers in the day-to-day operations of Loyalty and VIP whilst working towards their own goals and objectives.
Main tasks:
Maintain existing loyalty/HV players.Offer a fast and friendly service to players via TelegramAnalyze player behavior.Work closely with customer support handling any escalated queries.Nurture Mini & Potential HV players, completing basic due diligence and submitting Risk Profiles for review for upgrade to VIP.Be an essential day-to-day point of contact, building a rapport and delivering a dedicated Loyalty service.Respond to business triggers by making proactive & reactive outbound communication.Answer and resolve issues and escalate complaints via live chat & e-mail.Provide overflow email support to the VIP Managers.Ensure that the level of service is appropriate and in keeping with the Loyalty standards set by management.Represent the brand at hospitality events when required.Work closely with the VIP Account Managers. Personal Requirements:
You are willing to work shifts on a rotation pattern including night shifts.You are a highly organized individual.You are customer-aware, friendly, and helpful at all times, promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction.You are passionate about service and the iGaming industry.You are a critical thinker; we are a fast-paced company, growing even faster and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running!You are versatile; one size does not fit all and we look for individuals who are flexible to get the job done…whatever it takes.You worked in I-gaming for at least 2 years.You are fluent in spoken and written English.Our employees come from all around the world and English is our common language.
