Plano de Carreira; Estabilidade (Long Term position); Treinamentos e capacitações. 100% Home-office WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY: Key Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, handle emails, and create reports for our clients using Microsoft tools. Recruiting Assistance: Engage in US recruiting processes such as sourcing, screening resumes, cold calling, interviewing candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases and records, and assisting in onboarding processes for new hires. Sales Support: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, proactively reach out to prospects through CRM tools and LinkedIn, make cold calls to prospects, verify prospect phone numbers, assist in maintaining CRM tools, generate sales reports, and aid in sales forecasting. Customer Experience (CX): Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues; collect and analyze customer feedback; and assist in the development of customer service strategies. Project Management (PM): Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking; coordinate project-related meetings and communications; create and update project documentation; help with task delegation and follow-up; manage social media or content creation; and perform data entry and analysis. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send invoices to clients, monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in financial reporting as needed. Phone and Communication Tasks: Make and receive phone calls on behalf of the clients or business, handle appointment scheduling, make cold calls or follow-up calls, and maintain professional and courteous communication. YOU MUST HAVE IT: Fluent English Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus. Ability to adapt to different industries and tasks. Previous experience in virtual assistance, administrative roles, or relevant fields is preferred.
