**Role**
- To manage the warehouse function, controlling all equipment, materials and equipment maintenance/repair ensuring adherence to all procedural, legislative, quality and HS&E requirements.
- To liaise with suppliers for best available contracts for the procurement of materials/stock
- To maintain accurate document control and manifesting for all transactions.
- To operate a robust procurement process in line with procedures, ensuring it is fully auditable and cost effective.
- To operate and control preferred vendor listings in line with Quality Procedures.
**Experience Competencies**
- 8 Years Industry Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably gained in an oil industry/engineering environment with particular focus on ROV equipment maintenance, logistics and procurement.
- Extensive knowledge of Warehouse Management, ROV maintenance and International Logistics.
- Previous management experience to include work allocation and time management.
- Proven track record in cost control
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, both Portuguese and English
- Ability to work unsupervised and have a flexible and proactive approach.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Must be pro-active in problem solving and cost saving initiatives.
- Competency in standard Microsoft Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and an Access Accounting system is essential.
- Experience in Microsoft Project and Visio would be advantageous
**Responsibilities**
**Stores / Warehouse**
- Operation of day-to-day stores & warehousing activities to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Supervision of stores/warehouse personnel, or those allocated to assist, where applicable
- Adherence to SHEQ requirements
- Ensure implementation of administrative functions and standards for the Stores/Warehouse
- Monitor, maintain and adjust stock levels in line with the needs of the business.
- Control of all stock requirements
- Produce Purchase Orders (POs)
- Update and maintain all Project Manifests with the required backup for consumables used.
- Manage equipment register (Salesforce and Papertrail Rope Access Database), ensuring all equipment has correct certification and is in calibration if required.
- Report daily on status of equipment and projects
- Report weekly and monthly to management on costs, stock levels, new incentives and other areas as required by management.
- Perform annual stock checks.
- Maintain a Material Safety Data library for all hazardous goods used.
- Ensure management and control of quarantine area/s.
**Rope Access**
- Control the movement of all Rope Access Equipment in line with Legislation as well as IRATA and Company Procedures
- Inspect and issue inspection records for all Rope Access Equipment
**Facilities Management**
- Ensure the Warehouse and any other associated area under the remit of the Warehouse Management Position is kept to a high standard. Any routine and/or remedial works need to be discussed and agreed with the Facilities Manager for the Macaé site.

Competências de experiência
- mMínimo de 8 anos de experiência de experiência no setor
- Experiência anterior em uma função semelhante, preferencialmente adquirida em um ambiente de indústria/engenharia de petróleo, com foco particular em manutenção, logística e aquisição de equipamentos de ROV.
- Amplo conhecimento em gestão de armazenagem, manutenção de ROV e Logística Internacional.
- Experiência anterior em gestão, incluindo alocação de trabalho e gestão de tempo.
- Histórico comprovado em controle de custos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral, tanto em português quanto em inglês
- Capacidade de trabalhar sem supervisão e ter uma abordagem flexível e proativa.
- Capacidade de comunicação em todos os níveis.
- Deve ser pró-ativo na resolução de problemas e em iniciativas de redução de custos.
- Competência em aplicativos padrão da Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e um sistema Access Accounting é essencial.
- Experiência em Microsoft Project e Visio seria vantajosa
**Responsabilidades**:
Galpão / Armazém
- Operação de atividades diárias de logística e armazenagem para garantir um serviço eficiente e eficaz.
- Supervisão do
