You will be responsible for learning about the company's overall needs and developing strategies for the identification and attraction of senior-level talent. You Must Have: - 4 years of experience in non-technical recruitment. - A process-oriented mindset, with a proven recruiting track record. - Creative recruiting skills. - Excellent interpersonal management, with outstanding verbal and written communication. - Native/Bilingual English level.
