This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment where your technical and problem-solving skills will have a significant impact.Your responsibilities:Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi-related issues.Configuring, testing, and implementing Yardi modules and upgrades.Collaborating with the client's teams to optimize system performance and functionality.Resolving user inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.Creating and maintaining system documentation, including workflows and user manuals.Supporting data migrations, integrations, and other related projects as required.Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending improvements.Proven experience with Yardi software (e.g., Voyager, RENTCafé, or other modules).Familiarity with system integrations, database management, and technical configurations.Basic knowledge of SQL and report generation tools.Excellent communication skills in English.A proactive approach to identifying problems and delivering solutions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.What we can offerOur modern stack projects are the right mix of exciting and challenging.Gain access to our diverse range of training programs, courses, and certifications.Choose your work style: remote, on-site, or hybrid in one of our stunning offices.
