About This Opportunity

As Customer Success at Todo Cartões, you will have the opportunity to work with major Brazilian retail brands, implement campaigns and contribute effectively to the growth of Todo and our customers.

Responsibilities

What do we expect the person to produce?
Propose, implement and monitor the development of action plans and sales improvement for retailers across Brazil, both online and in store;
Help the client to achieve better results using best practices in digital marketing and merchandising;
Build serious and lasting relationships with base customers;
Work with the customer to avoid churn;
Propose improvements to processes and tools that generate better results for the sector.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience with customer service with a focus on performance improvement
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Proficiency in Excel and intermediate in PPT
KSA (Knowledge; Skills; Abilities): How competency is demonstrated
Express yourself clearly and concisely
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in groups and collaboratively
Analytical skills
Organizational skills
