Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Billing: Oversee the financial health of projects, ensuring accurate billing and alignment with client contracts.
Review new logo and project financials to assess and ensure financial feasibility.
Manage P&L responsibilities, with an emphasis on improving margin performance.
Execute and manage a group of projects with 150+ FTE, ensuring positive financial performance and client satisfaction (e.g., gross margin above 40%).
Client-Facing Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure that our solutions provide maximum value.
Identify clients' needs and deliver solutions that align with both business goals and cost-effectiveness, minimizing risks and generating positive impacts.
Work closely with sales teams on client renewals, as well as participate in prospecting and conversions when needed.
Internal Management: Lead and mentor a team of engagement leaders and multidisciplinary teams, providing resources and support for successful project delivery.
Foster a collaborative environment where continuous improvement of the product development process is a key focus, driving everyone towards the common goal of delivering outstanding software.
Develop and implement strategies for growth, contributing to a $9M account growth strategy with support from leadership.
Project & Program Management: Act as a Program Manager for branded programs, ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also contributing to the overall product development ecosystem.
Monitor program dashboards to identify threats, initiate course corrections, and maintain program consistency.
Lead large-scale development teams and oversee scaled operations for continuous delivery of high-value solutions to clients.
