Job Purpose and Impact

The Human Resources Strategy, Performance and People Leader will be responsible for effectiveness of the human resources leadership team.
In this role, you will lead the strategy development and support the creation of the vision and purpose of human resources.
You will be a trusted partner to the chief human resource officer and the human resources leadership team in the design, management and performance monitoring and measurement of the organization's people strategy.
You will drive human capital analytics and reporting to ensure people insights bring meaningful value to the business.
As a strategic human resources leader you will build and develop the future focused human resources talent capabilities and skills needed to activate shared strategic objectives while creating the environment for people to grow and nourish the world.
Key Accountabilities

Develop strategic relationships, influence and mobilize action among business leaders and engage global human resource partners to ensure the foundation and progress of strategy, performance and people leadership.
Collaborate with the chief human resources officer on a proactive stakeholder engagement strategy with partners like the executive team and board of directors to ensure thoughtful engagement and feedback on key elements of the human resources agenda.
Partner with global communications team to build an integrated communications strategy that engages stakeholders inside human resources, inside the broader organization and externally around human resources' role in supporting the organization's purpose and performance objectives.
Develop, implement and engage the human resources job family and organization of our people strategy with milestones and ensure the strategic programs and processes result in measurably improved outcomes and meaningful value for the business.
Responsible for integrated business planning and human resources portfolio, roadmap and technology enablement strategy.
Lead the talent system for human resources and future ready talent through identification, development, engagement, succession, retention as well as build future focused key skills and capability within the human resources job family.
Collaborate with human resource leadership team to ensure performance, business cycle, scorecard and reporting dashboards and governance action plans are developed and deployed and promote policies, processes and programs focused on measurable outcomes and include continuous improvement principles.
Provide mid
- to long-term (three or more years) strategic leadership, development and talent management for multiple teams of directors and managers.
You will develop mid
- to long-term plans to optimize the organization, function or subfunction and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.
You will inspire others by articulating the positive impact the organization can make, while creating an environment in which people know where they stand, including when they are performing poorly.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of directly related work experience, minimum 7 years of supervisory experience
