Act as a proactive and productive liaison/partner with the corporate Warehouse Operations consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key business safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics.Key job responsibilitiesDesign experiments that test the effectiveness of learning programs;Drive adherence to standard as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement;Lead on the design, development and deployment of tools by using business intelligence;Develop strategies and mechanisms to ensure effective delivery of operational goal;Access and work with data from multiple sources, associating with the business to identify strategic opportunities;Create business metrics aimed at improving the customer experience;Support the development of solid metrics, continually driving business results;Operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent;Experience and proficiency with MS Office;Fluent in English and Portuguese;Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects;Knowledge of SQL, Python and Experience with data visualization tools (Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Engineering, Operations or related field is a plus;Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple facilities;Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual Site Leader/Operation Manager/function head.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
