about the roleYour MissionAs a Project Management Specialist, you are an essential player in the International Project Management Practice. Your practical experience in managing complex and innovative customer projects enables Project Management maturity and contributes to project achievement for our customers.In this hands-on role, you provide expert guidance to our project managers, to ensure projects are set successfully with the right delivery framework (predictive, hybrid, agile), based on previous experience, lessons learned and real-life use-cases.Collaborate and facilitate to improve existing International PM Practice to reach consistent standards, procedures and practice along the International PM Community at different levelsEnsure regular and effective communication towards the International PM community, to form a trust relationship for the PM's and reach out to Global Practice owners for support/guidance and support to delivering business values on the projectEnsure Strategic Value Propositions and customer centric approach is delivered, through regular workshops and communication with an aligned thought process/PM mindsetAlign with External/Market Experts to identify best practices that can enable to improve the International PM Practice within the organizationYour ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a set of cohesive and flexible project delivery frameworks, matched to the various project approaches (predictive, hybrid, agile) and complexities (Regular, Advanced, Premium service packs).Build a positive relationship with the PM Team leads, to understand when to engage on specific projects and provide guidance and support. Ensure PM Team Leads become contributing stakeholders for driving maturity within the International PM Practice via enhanced communication and engagement (co-construction)Build a functional partnership with Presales, to ensure a full understanding of our customers' needs. Participate in bids to support the project manager, where required (e.g. for highly complex or innovative projects)Support project management maturity by building on current best delivery practices and developing quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the methodology expertWork in full collaboration with other International and Operational teams (Consulting, Contract Execution, Integration, MSDM, Service Management)Create a value matrix based on external maturity assessments. Identifying low hanging fruits, and chronical issues and mitigation strategies. Create a roadmap to implement them in an effective mannerHost an executive level Steerco to get buy-in for the identified improvement areas on the program and address complex roadblocks via Steerco level by proposing possible solutionsProvide regular updates towards executives for the progress made on different initiatives with measurable defined targets.about youEducation, Qualifications and CertificationsUniversity Degree in the Business, Telecommunications fieldTraining in related fields a bonusFormal Project Management accreditation required including at least some of the following: PMP, PMI-ACP, SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, DevOpsFluent English required, both spoken and writtenCommunicates effectively to inform and influence at all levelsCustomer value focused with strong interpersonal & negotiation skillsMS Office proficiency, Power-BI and Data visualization techniques – Orange Business specifics a bonus (One-truth, etc.)Essential skills and knowledgeAt least 5+ Years working in Orange within a project management role and experience of multi-regional Projects.Proven experience of successfully delivering large, complex and innovative customer projectsInnovative thinker, with the ability to realise concepts and ideasStrong organisational, communication, presentation and reporting skillsKnowledge of French is an additional assetHaving a passion for staying current in understanding new trends in professional services information technologies and Project Management disciplinesAbility to operate with autonomyAbility to be flexible while working in a changing environment – Change management and transformation experience required.departmentOrange Business InternationalOrange Business manages and integrates the complexity of international communications, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that drive their business.
