We are searching for the best talent for: Project Management Engineer - Global Technical Operation - Ethicon MedTech - São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil Key Responsibilities: The Global TechOps Engineer is responsible for project leadership of Lifecycle Management and New Product Development projects with focus on direct materials and components manufactured by external partners.
Functioning as Project lead or an integral member of a development team applying engineering principles, good manufacturing practices, statistics & judgment to resolve major technical issues, generate creative solutions, identify skill set and team for project plan and execution.
Partnering with New and Existing Product multi-disciplinary teams and external suppliers to develop and implement projects of low to high complexity change enhancing supply reliability and improving customer experience.
Writing technical protocols and reports ensuring compliance with franchise procedures as well as regulations.
Evaluating and updating documentation for direct material and components changes while creating or change component drawings and specifications.
Supporting supplier process qualification and internal process verification/validation activities.
Other related duties maybe assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field with 1 or more years of experience is working in industry required Pos Graduation/MBA in Packaging Engineering and/or Project Management is disered.
Minimal 1 year of engineering experience of Equipment/Packaging/Product (material, technologies, and process) and project management including but not limited to project team leadership, scope and budget control is required Experience in design change plan and execution and process confirmation project is desired Knowledge of Manufacturing processes is preferred A proficient understanding of GMPs, ISO standards, and related standards and regulations is required.
Experience in Medical Device or a Regulated Industry is desired Knowledge of sterile barrier packaging systems and design verification including ASTM or ISTA test methods ISO 11607 knowledge and experience is desired Experience with component suppliers and qualifications is Desired Demonstrated results in Quality Control, Compliance, and Regulatory is preferred FPX, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence is Desired Expertise as user of MS Office, MS Project, Minitab/Autocad/Solidworks as well as presentation skills is preferred.
Advanced English Language proficiency is required.
