Liveops is seeking work-from-home, Independent Contractor Agents (ICAs) to provide remote customer service support to our portfolio of clients.
This portfolio includes well-known brands in Retail, Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, and Tax Software.

As an Independent Contract Agent (ICA), you are your own boss and:
Have the freedom, flexibility, and autonomy to choose when and to whom you provide support services
Set your own schedule
Work remotely from your home
ICAs handle inbound/outbound customer service calls, assessing customer needs and creatively solving problems to provide sound solutions.
ICA Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of phone-based customer support experience
Computer skills.
ICAs must be able to:
Navigate multiple systems, programs, and windows
Simultaneously document call notes and customer interactions
Enhance their tech skill set when required
Strong customer service and written skills
Patience and empathy
Fluency in spoken and written English
Earning Potential:
Client opportunities offer varying pay structures, based on productive time spent assisting customers on the phone, and may include performance-based pay and/or other incentives.
Actual earnings depend on the chosen client opportunity and support required.
Hourly equivalent earnings may range from $12-$17.
ICAs are self-employed 1099 Independent Contractors and are responsible for paying their own taxes and expenses.
Hours:
ICAs choose their schedules by self-scheduling 30-minute blocks of time, during which they commit to handle call volume and provide customer support.
