Senior Business Analyst

Project Description:As a part of our growing cooperation with a small and well organized US based Investment Bank we are building a team to deliver on a set of regulatory requirements.Project to be built from scratch by one agile team, based on technology already used by customer.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering, system analysis, functional and technical specifications development
- Partnering with business teams to clearly document requirements and workflows for new developments
- Helping write JIRA stories for the workstreams as needed
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the business
- Delving into complex system infrastructure
- Working with the development teams to ensure business needs are metMandatory Skills Description:
5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis
Experience inCapital Markets, particularly in Regulatory Reporting
Proficiency ingathering,analyzing, andtranslating user needsinto Functional Specifications.
Expertise in identifying, documenting, and validatingNon-functional requirements
Strong Knowledge ofSDLC
Familiar withData Exchange Methods:REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms.
Comprehensive Understanding ofData Formats:XML, JSON, CSV
Strong understanding ofData Mapping,Validation, andETLchallenges
Knowledge ofSQL
Proficiency inVisualization Tools: Visio, Draw.io, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows.
Experience withAgile,Waterfall, and hybrid approachesNice-to-Have Skills Description:
Hands-on experience with Murex
