Support JDE Environment
Interface and relationship with client management and end-users
Working hands on and should be able to fix the defects, Incidents, Service Requests. Work on Change requests.
Perform Reviews for performance optimization, and best practices

Experience:
English Advanced/fluent
Experience as Business Analyst
Knowledge on Agribusiness Origination Process / CTRM – Commodity Trading Risk Management
Expert ability to perform analysis of customer requirements and design technical solutions.
Advanced knowledge on Brazil Localization and invoicing
Knowledge on hedge, logistics, credit, transshipment (troca-notas), invoice exchange, pricing and contracts
Requirements collections and specifications document generationDesirable Skills:
Technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports (6i and onward), PL SQL, libraries, objects, menus, Data Structure, Interfaces, DevOps,
Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.
Knowledge of Oracle database objects, triggers, packages, functions, procedures, tables etc.
Application development and testing – Toad, SQL Developer, Oracle Forms and Reports Builder.
